Alchemy – The secret of lead to gold
Most practical Alchemy is based on oral tradition, and only a fraction is published in veiled language and accessible only to initiated. Nevertheless, this book can show the way to the sincere aspirant, but true knowledge comes from within. Therefore, carefully selected historical alchemical texts are included in this book to prepare the aspirant for this inner realization. These historical texts are not reproduced verbatim, and some are even reproduced in a different context from the original writings. The path may seem rocky and arduous, but nothing less than the gold of wisdom awaits. This book contains no deliberate obfuscations or misstatements to block the way for immature aspirants. Nevertheless, the author reserves the right not to clothe many keys and the true practice in simple words, but only to hint at them through symbols and associations. The author of this book has deliberately chosen not to use language that would be considered gender-specific. The aim is to improve the flow of reading and make complex content more understandable.
Alchemical training
The most powerful alchemical training takes place in the authentic initiatory schools of the Mysteries. The initiate will find in this book sufficient clues to discern the next steps on the Path of Return. The term exoteric refers to the outward, obvious, or generally accessible meaning of something, especially in terms of knowledge or teaching. It is often used to refer to a popular or superficial interpretation of things. Esoteric, on the other hand, refers to the inner, deeper, and often secret meaning of things. It refers to knowledge that is accessible only to the initiated. Esoteric knowledge is not easily accessible and is not intended for the general public.
Transformation of the soul
The transformation of lead into gold symbolizes the transformation of the soul and liberation from the limitations of the ego. Alchemy teaches us that everything in nature is interconnected and that by transforming our own nature we can also transform the nature around us. The art of alchemy is the transformation of lead into gold, not only as an external symbol, but as an internal process of transformation and purification. Making gold is only one aspect of alchemy, which also teaches us to understand the secrets of the universe and to master our own nature. Through the making of gold in alchemy, we attain not only material wealth, but also spiritual fulfillment and enlightenment. This transformation requires a deep understanding of the cosmic forces and the spiritual nature of matter. Through the use of fire, water and air, lead can be transformed into gold and the alchemist becomes the creator of his own reality. The alchemist requires patience, knowledge, and discipline, but the reward is the realization of one’s own divine nature.
